The Tiffany Diamond Certificate is issued by Tiffany & Co. to certify the authenticity and integrity of serialized Tiffany diamonds. This document contains vital statistics related to your diamond, from its grades based on the 4Cs to its unique laser-inscribed serial number.
This complimentary service is offered over the lifetime of your ring and not only ensures that your diamonds or gemstones are cleaned, it also includes routinely checking (every six months) that the stones are secure in their settings. We ensure that our craftsmanship is to the highest standards and repair all items made by Tiffany & Co. You may either bring your item to the Tiffany store near you or send in your item by mail. If you choose to send your item by mail, please follow the instructions listed below.

2. Print form and complete all information.
3. Enclose form with item to be repaired.
